So 99% close that to bother with the details is a waste of time.... almost. They feel that the government created by guys in powdered wigs has been secretly taken over by an international conspiracy that undermines the constitution, but not the real constitution but a edited one that selectively omits the awkward parts, and that the new world order is actually run by french banking institution and that the US government is actually a private corporation that you can opt out of and reclaim the money that was paid to the french when you were born and sold into slavery by the corporation pretending to be the US government.

Zero of what I just wrote is a lie, embellishment, or intended to be comedic. That’s simply 1%. The other 99% is way fucking crazier. Fake judges, fake marshals, fake sheriffs, crazy way of punctuating one’s name to let “the man” know you’re not a dummy and know that the laws don’t apply to you because the cops are all french special forces in disguise... no amount of LSD could get you to consider what these nutters swear is true without laughing. Yet they Tim McVeigh a building now and then. These people get laughed at for being crazy and decide to let you know they’re serious every once in a while. If it wasn’t for that and their LOVE of guns, which yeah, should be taken away from *them* at the very least, that keeps it all from being just a good laugh.

I don't know. You seem to be talking about sovereign citizen/redemption. This crazy lady seems to have taken that and skewed it even more. I’m not re-watching it (I didn’t watch this version — I’ve seen the original but you can’t edit in MORE crazy) but she goes on to say she can’t be arrested as she’s not a US citizen and starts naming off articles of the consitution and whatnot before she starts screaming about being raped while being handcuffed.

These folks, as you seem to know, are more prevalent than folks realize. Fortunatley for us, they’re amusing, and seek conflict to try to validate their nutsack ideas. If you have the time, this is hilarious:
